• We accept returns on items that are in the original condition, within 14 days after receiving your order.
• Any product you return must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it. 
• Products that have been customised cannot be returned.
• We do not offer free returns, you will have to pay the costs for shipment back to us yourself. 
• If the goods are damaged when delivered to you, you can send them back to us and get a full refund.
• Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which could take up to 5 working days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done!
• If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be shipped back to you.
• The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It could be a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and/or obtain proof of postage.

To make Meant To Be Journal as accessible as possible, we offer worldwide shipping! Different shipping fees and delivery times apply depending on your location. We charge a fixed shipping range (regional differences occur). All orders are shipped from Germany or Sweden using standard shipping.
